The Art of Asking Good Questions
When working with people in any situation, getting to the right answers depends on asking the right questions. Mark Anderson, M.A., LP, LMFT, will explore the art of asking good questions in the next Friday Forum. He states that asking good questions is 80% of his job as a therapist, and he has developed strategies, tools, and models for teaching therapy students how to think about and develop the skill of asking good questions and knowing what to do with the resulting answers. He will be sharing practical methods for enhancing the quality of and fine-tuning the impact of the questions we ask as we serve and minister to our various populations. Mark has been teaching family therapy since 1994 at Bethel University, St Mary’s University, and at Family Therapy Specialists training program. He has the ability to make complex subjects accessible and applicable. If you ask questions as part of your life work, you will leave better equipped and with more confidence in your skill. We hope you will join us.
Please indicate your plan to attend this session by replying to this email or contacting us through the Friday Forums page at ARDENWOODSPSYCH.COM .
