We warmly welcome our newest members to Salem Covenant Church! See below for a short biography and/or picture to get to know those who have joined better.

Craig and Kay Allen

Craig and Kay have been married thirty years. They are in a blended family with four adult children and twelve grandchildren. They are retired and live in Roseville.

Bjorn Carlson

Bjorn loves attending Salem and being a part of the youth group and volunteering through Youth Pursuits. He will be a 9th grader at Minnehaha Academy where he participates on the Nordic ski team. He also enjoys biking, all things history, and spending time with his dog, Thor.

Matthew and Tania Dreon

Matthew Dreon grew up in the area, attending Salem and other Covenant churches. He graduated from Bethel College and works in technology in Minneapolis.

Tania Dreon grew up in the western suburbs. She is a Certified Public Accountant, presently at home with their three year old. They have three children.

Rod Else

I was a hopeless alcoholic and drug addict that God saved from the depths of hell forty years ago. Now, I get to be a part of God doing the same for others in my career as a Counselor/Pastor at Prison Fellowship Academy in Lino Lakes Prison.

God has Blessed me with two sons, a daughter, and seven grandchildren that are the love of my life.

I believe God is Love. The purpose of this life is to learn to love, so we may better love God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, Creation, Life Itself, and Others.

Magnus Hoff

Magnus is a 9-year-old LEGO enthusiast who enjoys riding his electric scooter in his Maple Grove neighborhood, learning interesting and weird facts about animals, and making his friends laugh with a clever quip or a punny joke. He’s excited to grow in his faith journey by becoming a member at Salem, and looks forward to serving and growing in fellowship at church.

Laura Laszlo

Laura was raised in Costa Rica until age 18. She is the oldest of three sisters. Laura is married to Matt Laszlo and is the mother of four kids. She is a new resident of Anoka.
