The Hundred-Food Journey is a story about the Kadam family who is displaced from their native India, and settle in a quaint village in the south of France. Their new location seems ideal for an Indian restaurant, but this is not how the chef and owner of a Michelin-starred French restaurant respond to this idea. Her icy protests against the new restaurant a hundred feet from her own escalate into an all-out war between the two establishments. This is a story about a clash between two cultures and some talented cooks that learn to build bridges through the common bonds of food.
