Mucking stalls, Making Blankets for Patients in the Children’s Hospital, Part of Service Projects for Youth

Wow! Did campers at Salem’s Youth Pursuit Glocal Camp learn about servanthood this week! Campers practiced serving at Salem by sewing dog blankets, vacuuming chairs in the youth room, making thank you cards, and assembling blankets for kids in the hospital. They went offsite to Manna Market and Feed My Starving Children. They also went to This Old Horse, a non-profit organization whose mission is to find a happily ever after for horses in need.

Not only did they get to participate in these unforgettable opportunities, campers also got in some devotional time and play time outdoors!

Thanks to the amazing campers who showed Christ’s love and our stellar team who organized the Glocal Camp!
